Echosounder Cruises

Since the development of the digital acquisition system for sediment echosounders, namely for the Parasound Parametric Echosounder (Atlas Elektronik), digital data had been acquired through the GeoB-developed ParaDigMA System, starting in 1989 on R/V Meteor Cruise M9/4. MTU archives most of these data in the SESAM Database.
